Refund policy
For all exchanges, returns, and damages, please contact giftshop@ravinia.org
Returns are accepted up to 30 days after receipt of merchandise on items in original condition and packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We suggest shipping your return back to us via insured, traceable means. If you have questions about a return or shipment, please send emails to giftshop@ravinia.org. Please include as much information as possible in the email, including your order number. Customers are responsible for shipping returns back to us unless items are damaged or defective (see below). Sale items are non-returnable except when damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send an email to giftshop@ravinia.org to initiate prompt resolution of the situation. Do not discard the damaged item, the carton it arrived in, the packing material, or the paperwork. Please do not return damaged items to us until we ask you to do so.
We reserve the right to cancel orders. Prices are subject to change without notice.
