Shipping policy

Ravinia Festival Shop ships to the contiguous US, via the US Postal Service and UPS.

$9.95-$11.95 flat rate shipping applies to orders with qualifying items shipped via USPS Priority, USPS Ground Advantage, or UPS Ground to the contiguous U.S. Some exceptions apply, as noted on the product pages, and some oversize items will incur a shipping surcharge. Your order arrives in 3 - 7 business days for most in-stock merchandise, pending credit card approval. Free ground shipping offers do not include posters or other oversized items, as noted on the product pages of those items.

Express shipping to the contiguous US is available for $39.95. Your order ships via USPS Priority Express or UPS 2nd Day Air and arrives within 2 - 3 business days for most in-stock merchandise, pending credit card approval. Express orders for in-stock items placed before 8am CST Monday through Friday will ship the same business day, pending credit card approval.

Some oversize items will incur a shipping surcharge and ship with different shipping carriers, as noted on those product pages. These items are not available for express shipping.

High-value orders may require a signature for delivery.
